Where Do You Use Yours? (Plus a Few Spring Tips)

As I’ve been working on orders, restocks, and a few new designs lately, one of the things I’ve really have appreciated is hearing how you’re using your sachets and sprays at home.

And honestly… they end up everywhere (which I love so much).

I hear about them being tucked into:

• drawers and closets
• suitcases and gym bags
• cars (especially on dashboards)
• pillows and bedding
• boots (a personal favorite)
• diaper bags
• storage bins
• and of course, gifted to friends and family

It’s one of my favorite parts of this business — seeing these small, simple things become part of your everyday life.

A Few Simple Spring Tips

If you’re in that seasonal switch-over mode right now — putting away heavier clothes, blankets, and winter layers — this is the best time to use your sachets.

Lavender sachets in particular are perfect for this, since lavender is a natural moth repellent.

A few easy ways to use them:

• Tuck one into folded sweaters or wool items
• Add one to storage bins & bags before sealing them up
• Keep one in your linen closet to keep things fresh between uses 
• Keep one in your pillow for better sleep since lavender is really relaxing (I know this first hand because I get SO sleepy when i'm making a huge batch of lavender sachets!)

No effort, just tuck and go.

Easy Ways to Use Room Sprays

Room sprays are one of those things that people tend to underuse at first — and then suddenly they’re using them all the time.

A few go-to ways:

• A light mist on pillows before bed (be SURE it won't be on the same side as your face)
• Freshening up a room in seconds (especially this time of year)
• Spraying lightly on linens or clothing (just spot test first)
• Creating a simple wind-down routine at night (during meditation relaxation sessions too)

It doesn’t have to be complicated — just a quick spray can completely shift how a space feels; sometimes that's all we need in a moment.
