Every order from Perry Home Naturals is handmade, packed, and shipped from my Maine studio. I ship frequently and do my best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible — while keeping expectations clear and honest. Expect longer wait times for custom orders.

Processing Time (When Your Order Ships)

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days
  • During busy seasons, many orders ship same or next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day

“Shipping” refers to the day your package leaves the studio and is ready for the carrier to pick up or scan — not the delivery date.

Shipping Carriers

I ship orders using:

  • UPS
  • USPS

Carrier selection is based on package size, destination, and service speed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Delivery Timing (Please Read)

Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and may vary due to:

  • weather conditions
  • high shipping volume during peak seasons
  • delays outside my control

While I ship orders out promptly, I cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is in the carrier’s hands.

If you need an order by a specific date, I recommend:

  • ordering as early as possible
  • checking the carrier’s estimated delivery window using your tracking link

Holiday & Seasonal Shipping

During high-volume times (especially December):

  • I continue shipping orders frequently
  • Processing times remain fast, but delivery timing may fluctuate
