They are effective in soothing headaches and migraine pain and helping folks get to sleep a little bit easier. They are also ideal for yoga and meditation practices and block out light. We create each scent in-house with our secret recipes, making them truly unique.
Our pillows may be heated or kept in the freezer for cold therapy. They can be used for muscle aches and pains and as "boo-boo" packs. The case is removable and can be washed by machine or hand. The weight of the pillow is just about ten ounces. The size is approximately 4" x 11".
